HP Pavilion G60-445dx has a 16 inch screen with 1,366x768-pixel resolution with a webcam at the top. This wide is screen displays excellent quality videos and good speakers accompany it. Intel Dual Core2 processor is used and the system has 320GB hard drive and 3 GB RAM. This is a very good memory and the processor is one of the best used in the markets. While HDMI output is present for quality picture display there is no Bluetooth facility present. The battery lasts for nearly 2 hours time. The keyboard has flat keys with a good touchpad. There are a Micro SD card slots and 3 USB ports.

Performance:

HP Pavilion G60-445dx has a wide screen display with high resolution, but it is not suitable to view high definition videos. Speaker volume is fine. The clarity is good but definitely not the best in the market. Except for the power and wireless on/off button there are no other specific buttons. All the functions like volume control, media, mute etc should be accessed though function and number commands. This is quite hard for many users. Though the T4200 Intel Dual Core processor is replaced by more advanced AMD Turion dual core processor the performance of the laptop is not very fast. Normal tasks like managing office documents and surfing could be managed at an average speed.

The Good:

HP Pavilion G60-445dx has a good display screen with high resolution. Easy to use keyboard and touchpad are its highlights. Immense memory storage also adds to its advantage.

The Bad:

HP Pavilion G60-445dx has very low battery life. The video and audio quality is just normal. Lack of Bluetooth is a definite drawback.

The Bottom Line:

HP Pavilion G60-445dx is an improved version of earlier Pavilion series. But there isn’t much satisfaction on the overall performance of the laptop. Nearly all the features need to be improved to gain peoples support.
